RIDER PLACEMENT AND PAYMENT
Rider cost per horse: $600
There is group pricing for multiple riders who have the same trainer.
2 horses: $570 per horse
3 or more horses: $540 per horse
Riders will be grouped together based on experience level of rider/horse combination at the discretion of HIPICO management and clinic staff. Once selected, the rider will be contacted by HIPICO on or before February 20, 2019. To hold the spot(s), the following will be required:
(1) A deposit of $300 per horse will be payable within 24 hours of notification by check or credit card.
(2) An open check or valid credit card information to guarantee the balance of clinic and meal fees.
The balance of the clinic and meal fee(s) must be paid by Wednesday, February 27, 2019. Unpaid balances after this date will be applied to open check/credit card on file.
Each horse entered in the clinic receives 1 rider spot and 1 audit spot.
AUDITOR RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
Early Bird Auditor pricing: $40/day or $70 for both days, is available until 5pm MST, Wednesday, February 27, 2019.
Auditor ticket pricing after 5pm MST, Wednesday, February 27, 2019: $45/day or $80 for both days.
Auditor tickets are non-transferable.
If rider withdraws for any reason no later than 5:00 pm MST Friday, March 1, 2019, and their spot can be filled from the existing eligible alternate list, 50% of the clinic fee(s) will be refunded after the selected alternate completes the clinic. If rider’s spot cannot be filled from the alternate list, the clinic fee is nonrefundable.
The clinic fee is nonrefundable if the rider withdraws after 5:00 pm MST, March 1,, 2019.
The horse may be substituted providing that the substitute horse is performing at the same level as the original horse. Substitutions will be made at the discretion of HIPICO management.
In the event of rider or horse injury/illness after 5:00 pm MST, March 1,, 2019 that renders the rider or horse medically unable to participate in the clinic, as determined and documented by a licensed physician or veterinarian, respectively, the rider is eligible for a refund of 50% of the clinic fee. To request a refund after 5:00 pm MST on March 1, 2019 due to a medical inability to participate, please submit either a current doctor’s note for the rider or veterinarian’s note for the horse.
In the event that either the horse or rider is unable to complete the clinic after it begins all fees are nonrefundable.
All cancellations must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. We thank you for your cooperation.
Auditor reservations are eligible for a full refund if cancelled no later than 5:00 pm MST, Friday, March 1, 2019.
Auditor cancellations received after 5:00 pm MST, Friday, March 1, 2019 and prior to 5:00 pm MST, Wednesday, March 6, 2019 are eligible for a 50% refund.
Meal fees are nonrefundable.

NON-NEGOTIABLE CHECK POLICY
$50 office fee plus any bank fees will be assessed for all returned checks.
