RIDER PLACEMENT AND PAYMENT

Rider cost per horse: $700

Riders in training with the same trainer are eligible for multi-horse discounts.

Rider cost when two horses attending the clinic are in training with the same trainer:  $670 per horse

Rider cost when three or more horses attending the clinic are in training with the same trainer:  $640 per horse

If a horse qualifies for multi horse discounts due to the number of horses attending and the number of horses changes the final fee for the horse will be determined by the final number of horses participating in the clinic.

Once selected, the rider will be contacted by HIPICO on or before Monday, March 29, 2021. To secure the spot(s), the following will be required:

(1) A deposit of $350 per horse will be payable within 24 hours of notification by check or credit card.

(2) An open check or valid credit card information to guarantee the balance of clinic and meal fees.

The balance of the clinic and meal fee(s) must be paid by Wednesday, April 14, 2021. Unpaid balances after this date will be applied to open check/credit card on file.

Each horse entered in the clinic receives 1 rider spot and 1 audit spot.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a rider withdraws for any reason no later than 5:00 pm MST Friday, April 16, 2021, and their spot can be filled from the existing eligible alternate list, 50% of the clinic fee(s) will be refunded after the selected alternate completes the clinic. If rider’s spot cannot be filled from the alternate list, the clinic fee is nonrefundable.

The clinic fee is nonrefundable if the rider withdraws after 5:00 pm MST, Friday, April 16, 2021.

The horse may be substituted providing that the substitute horse is performing at the same level as the original horse. Substitutions will be made at the discretion of HIPICO management.

In the event of rider or horse injury/illness after 5:00 pm MST, Friday, April 16, 2021 that renders the rider or horse medically unable to participate in the clinic, as determined and documented by a licensed physician or veterinarian, respectively, the rider is eligible for a refund of 50% of the clinic fee. To request a refund after 5:00 pm MST on Friday, April 16, 2021 due to a medical inability to participate, please submit either a current doctor’s note for the rider or veterinarian’s note for the horse.

In the event that either the horse or rider is unable to or chooses not to complete the clinic after it begins all fees are nonrefundable.

NON-NEGOTIABLE CHECK POLICY

$50 office fee plus any bank fees will be assessed for all returned checks.
