RANCHO CORAZON AT SANTA FE
Opened in April 2016, the mission of Rancho Corazon at Santa Fe is to provide a full-service training facility for the Southwest, create top performance horses and riders, and to support the fulfillment of Rancho Corazon’s aspiration to transform sport horse breeding, training, and competition in in the United States.
Distinguished rider and New Mexico native, Chenoa McElvain, will be offering instruction and training exclusively as Head Trainer at RC at Santa Fe. McElvain’s goal-oriented, inventive style supports riders in pursuing their individual goals through empowerment and tools for strengthening the relationship between horse and rider. NEW MEXICO CENTER FOR THERAPEUTIC RIDING
New Mexico Center for Therapeutic Riding’s purpose is to enrich and expand the lives of children, youth, and adults with special needs through equine-related activities and therapies.
NMCTR’s riding program provides therapeutic riding to expand the cognitive, physical, emotional, and social well-being of individuals with special needs. Students of all ages and abilities learn horse management and riding skills. The ultimate goal for our students is to learn to ride as independently as possible and gain self-confidence from their accomplishments.
