HIPICO Santa Fe Training Sessions are back!
Enjoy schooling on the grass and/or all-weather footing arenas on a schedule that meets your needs. Schooling opportunities are available to individuals, small groups (up to 6 horses at a time in an arena) as well as to trainers wishing to bring clients for a unique schooling experience.
Each arena will have a designated warm up area with warm up jumps. Jump courses for the grass and all-weather arenas will be posted on our website for you to download and print in advance and will be changed weekly.
Sign up using the online form below for the date(s) and times you are interested in reserving and we will respond within 2 business days to review and confirm your request. If you are wishing to reserve an arena on more than one weekend, please enter your request for each weekend separately.

CARLETON & TRACI BROOKS CLINIC!
We are excited to welcome Balmoral Farm’s Traci and Carleton Brooks for a clinic at HIPICO Santa Fe. Mark your calendars, April 24-25, 2021, when this dynamic duo makes their New Mexico debut!
Traci and Carleton Brooks have a lifetime of experience with horses, an extensive teaching and training background and a keen ability to match horses and riders to produce impressive results. They share an appreciation and respect for horses and, in addition to their training skills, are well-regarded for their high standard of horse care and attention to detail.
Together, they’ve trained and produced numerous National Champions, including Penn Square, Ragtime Cowboy, Triton Z, 
Wish List, Sleepwalk, Virtue and Corallie. They are also accomplished at bringing riders from beginners to National Champions and have trained horses and riders to numerous championships at shows such as The Pennsylvania National Horse Show, The Washington International Horse Show, The National Horse Show, Devon, Junior Hunter Finals and International Derby Finals.
Don’t miss the opportunity to ride with this dynamic duo – submit your rider application now! Each rider and horse combination accepted into the clinic will also include one auditor pass. Pricing starts at $700 per horse. Multi-horse discounts for horses accepted into the clinic that are currently in training with the same trainer are available. Due to COVID-19, information regarding separate auditor pass sales will be released as we approach the clinic dates.

There are a limited number of auditor passes available for the Carleton & Traci Brooks clinic April 24-25, 2021. The clinic starts at 8:30 am.
Single-day auditor pass: $40
Two-day auditor pass: $75

Rider cost per horse: $700 Each horse entered in the clinic receives 1 rider spot and 1 audit spot. Traveling with your trainer? Riders in training with the same trainer are eligible for multi-horse discounts. Use the form below to fill out a rider application.

Training with Richard Spooner—I’m still pinching myself! I’m super happy and earned a ton. My horse and I got so much out of this clinic. It was like months of training in a weekend. It was mind-opening and gave us the things we know we want to accomplish and also told you how to do it. He really broke it down on how to accomplish the things that you know you need to do, but don’t quite know how to get there. I’d rate this experience an A+.
