I pre-purchased an RV spot for the Santa Fe Summer Series. When will I be refunded?
All pre-purchased RV spots were refunded on June 16, 2020. You should see the refund with 5-10 business days on your credit card.
What will happen to my check and/or credit card information I provided with my entries?
All stall, entry and RV checks will be shredded and any credit card numbers provided through HorseShowsOnline.com or Equestrian Connect will be deleted along with the associated entries.
Why is the horse show being canceled?
While we had received very positive feedback from government officials in recent weeks about our site-specific COVID-19 Safe Practices Plan, we were informed today that our event will not be approved by the state government.
Is the Split Rock Jumping Tour Santa Fe International CSI 2* canceled also?
The organizers of Split Rock Jumping Tour Santa Fe International CSI2*, scheduled for August 12-16, are reviewing the situation in New Mexico and will be making a determination about their show in the near future.
What about other events that are scheduled to take place at HIPICO?
HIPICO Santa Fe will continue to serve as the venue for other smaller events coming up in the summer and fall and we will provide ongoing updates about the status of these events on our website calendar and Facebook page.
